Oh, and I forgot to say....

The bathroom cabinets were damaged in the flood. So new cabinets for the master bath and new tiny half bath were ordered yesterday too. Cabinets, cabinets, cabinets - and I'm thrilled!

More things checked off your list, what a relief. I remember when this all began, it seemed an impossible situation. Despite the initial foot dragging of certain parties, it seems this project is definitely coming along. I very happy for you.
